1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item.


2. How to Initiate an Exchange

  •  To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +91 7042094001 or mail us at info@thesyrah.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  •  Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items  to ensure they are returned safely.

4. Processing Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange within 2-5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been approved and the new item has been shipped.


5. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at +91 7042094001 or mail us at info@thesyrah.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

7. Payment Policy

  • All our pieces are made to order, tailored with the utmost care and precision. We take full payment in advance to begin the production process.
